Interra Resources Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the exploration and operation of oil fields for crude petroleum production in Myanmar. It holds 60% interests in two onshore producing oil fields in the Chauk and Yenangyaung covering an area of approximately 1,800 square kilometers located on the north of Yangon and a 72.75% interest in the Kuala Pambuang block covering an area of approximately 1,631 square kilometers located to the southwest of Palangkaraya. The company is also involved in the trading of heavy machinery; import and export goods; technology and agency services; electrical installation and other supporting activities for mining and quarrying; power generation, transmission, distribution, and sale of electricity; and electrical installation services. Interra Resources Limited was incorporated in 1973 and is based in Singapore.
